Ryan Wu

Ryan Wu is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in end-user support and workforce management. Currently serving as the End User Support Manager at Tetragon Financial Group Limited since December 2020, Ryan previously held senior managerial roles at Macquarie Group, overseeing technology support for over 1300 staff in the New York office and leading high-touch support for trading floor operations. With foundational roles at Macquarie Holding USA, Inc., BT Global Services, and Weill Medical College of Cornell University, Ryan has built expertise in technical support, team leadership, and client service.
