Chris Mazur

Chris Mazur is a seasoned professional in the technology and community development sectors, currently serving as the Director of Community Development at Tetrate since September 2023. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Chris founded and chairs multiple initiatives including the Cloud Native Summit and Service Mesh Day, the latter being the first-ever technology conference focused on service mesh. Additionally, Chris has played a pivotal role in organizing FullStack Day and the New Zealand PHP Conference. An advocate for knowledge sharing, Chris co-organized the Wellington DevOps Group to foster community learning in the DevOps field. Former positions include Senior Software Developer and Team Lead at Chalten Technologies, and Senior DevOps and Automation Engineer at Chubb. Chris holds a degree in Software Engineering and Information Technology from Universidad Nacional de La Matanza and furthered education at The University of Auckland.
