Jenna Garcia

Jenna Garcia currently serves as the Assistant Director of Community Development for the City of Petaluma since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jenna held various positions within the City of Rohnert Park from April 2019 to October 2025, including Housing Manager and Acting Assistant Director of Development Services. Jenna's career in housing and community development began at COTS, where roles spanned from Director of Housing Programs to Employment Specialist from April 2013 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruiter at Aerotek and in management positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Jenna Garcia holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Biola University, completed in 2009, and attended Santa Rosa Junior College from 2003 to 2006.
