Rainer Wilhelm

Rainer Wilhelm is a seasoned professional in the yachting industry with extensive experience in management and consultancy roles. Currently serving as a Yacht Consultant, Product and Sales Specialist at astro sailing since March 2024, Rainer has also held the position of Global Manager Yachting Ropes at both TEUFELBERGER Gruppe and Teufelberger Fiber Rope GmbH since June 2014. Rainer co-founded and serves as CEO of PHACTUM Softwareentwicklung GmbH, actively participating as a Senior Partner since 2006. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Teufelberger Fiber Rope Corporation from October 2023 to March 2024, CEO at ARES Services from 2004 to 2007, and various sales management positions at leading companies including General Electric and IBM from 1989 to 2004. Rainer's academic background includes studies at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 1988 to 1990.
