Eli Kalif is currently the EVP and CFO at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. Prior to this, they served as Senior Vice President Finance WW Global Operations at Flex from March 2013 to December 2019. In this role, they oversaw finance for the company's 85 sites in Asia, The Americas, and Europe, which included EMS, PCB, Logistic Services, Mechanicals and Tooling, Power and Product Innovation Centers. Before that, they were the Vice President Finance for the Americas region at Flex from August 2011 to February 2013. In this role, they were responsible for the WW Corporate Credit Function, WW Corporate Services, WW Finance Ops FP&A. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Finance for Europe & SA at Flex from September 2007 to August 2011. Before that, they served as Sr Director Finance at Flex from May 2001 to August 2007. Before that, they were an Audit Manager at Deloitte from July 1996 to April 2001.

Eli Kalif has an Executive Education from the Strategic Supply Chain Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from The College of Management Academic Studies and B.A Studies in Accounting and Economics from the University of Haifa. Eli also has a Certification from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel in Certified Public Accountant.

Eli Kalif reports to Kåre Schultz, President & CEO. They are on a team with Eric A. Hughes - EVP, Global R&D & Chief Medical Officer, Kathleen Veit - SVP, Global Compliance & Ethics Officer, and Nir Baron - SVP & Chief Internal Auditor.
