Moshe Netzer

Moshe Netzer is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience spanning multiple decades. Currently, Moshe serves as Vice President of Human Resources at M.H MediCane and holds an associate position with Global PMI Partners. Additionally, Moshe has provided advisory services to the Chief Executive Officer and functions as Executive HRBP at Moshe Netzer - People and Organization. Long-term tenure at Teva Pharmaceuticals encompasses various senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President for Teva Growth Markets Organization and Senior Vice President for Teva Global Operations, where responsibilities included developing and implementing global HR strategies for a substantial workforce across numerous countries. Moshe’s earlier career includes senior HR positions at ICL Group, RIM Manufacturing, and Israel’s Prime Minister’s Office, complemented by advanced degrees in psychology and business administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as executive education from Reichman University.
