Pamela Fears

Pamela Fears has extensive experience in internal and digital communications, currently serving as Associate Director of Internal Communications for Global R&D and Business Development at Teva Pharmaceuticals since February 2019. Prior to this role, Fears held various positions at Sanofi from April 2008 to August 2018, including Senior Manager of Internal & Digital Communications, where responsibilities encompassed senior leadership support, employee communications, and change management. Earlier experience at Roche from January 1992 to November 2000 included roles such as Assistant Director of Public Affairs, focusing on both internal and external communications. Fears earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.
