Philippe Bégat

Philippe Buhot is a seasoned professional in economic intelligence and strategic consulting, currently leading the establishment of 2 Océans since January 2024. Philippe also teaches a course on economic intelligence at Polytech Dijon. With a robust background in governmental roles, Philippe served as Chef de division en charge de la performance at the French Ministry for Armed Forces and previously held key positions at the European External Action Service and the French Ministry of Defence. Philippe’s educational accomplishments include an MBA in Intelligence Economique et Stratégie from Ecole de Guerre Economique and ongoing studies at HEC Paris.
