Pradeep Daniel Varghese

Pradeep Daniel Varghese is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in managing operations and driving transformation across global organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of IT Operations and GBS IT at Teva Pharmaceuticals since July 2022, Pradeep is responsible for re-establishing IT Operations and establishing GBS IT Centers in multiple countries. Prior to this role, Pradeep headed the India Technology Center at Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing Digital Engineering and Enterprise IT services. With a significant tenure at Roche, leadership roles included Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions and Services, where accountability encompassed all enterprise IT platforms, and Vice President positions focused on IT operations, customer support, and process improvement. Earlier experience at Tata Consultancy Services involved managing technology consulting and delivery for clients such as GE. Pradeep holds an Executive MBA from IMD and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
