Sara Zavaleta

Sara Zavaleta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, particularly in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Project/Program Management at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Sara has co-led remediation activities following an FDA inspection and managed critical work streams in quality compliance, people development, and supply chain. Previously, as Senior Director of Supply Chain at Teva, Sara led a multi-site team to enhance customer service levels across over 600 SKUs while overseeing manufacturing and production plans globally. With prior roles at American Express, Boston Scientific, GE, and Hewlett-Packard, Sara has consistently delivered significant financial improvements and operational efficiencies throughout a diverse array of supply chain and engineering functions. Sara holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
