Yannai Strauss is a seasoned legal professional with over 13 years of experience in sophisticated transactions, currently serving as Sr. Director, Legal - Transactions at Teva Pharmaceuticals since March 2021. Previously, Yannai founded Y-S Law, offering expert legal counsel to Israeli and international clients. Yannai has held significant roles in various organizations, including VP Operations and Legal at VDOO, where responsibilities included finance, legal matters, and operations, and Sr. Director, Associate General Counsel, Global Transactions at Teva Pharmaceuticals. With experience from one of Israel's largest law firms and expertise in advising technology companies on formation, financing, and growth strategies, Yannai has garnered a reputation for representing both companies and venture capital investors throughout different stages of development. Education includes an LLB and BA in Law and Business from Reichman University, completed in 2006.
