Mali Nemni

Mali Nemni is a seasoned human resource executive who leads Tevel’s global HR team by bringing a human-first approach to all aspects of organizational culture, workforce planning, and talent experience.

Prior to joining Tevel, Mali was VP of Human Resources at a global eCommerce company where she led the company’s change management, organizational culture, and people management initiatives. She held various managerial positions throughout her career and is experienced advising medium-sized companies.

Mali holds a BA and MBA degrees in Organizational Consulting from Ben Gurion University.
