Yair Rotem

Yair Rotem is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems. Currently serving as a Project Manager and GNC & Simulation Team Leader at Tevel since March 2021, Yair is responsible for the implementation of algorithms, control systems, and navigation logic, utilizing Unity engine for simulation. Prior experience includes roles as a GNC Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd and as a Flight Control Engineer at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, where Yair designed and implemented real-time missile algorithms and conducted simulations for performance analysis and optimization. Yair holds a Master of Engineering in Autonomous Systems and Robotics, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, both from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
