Bambi Wheale, SHRM-CP

Bambi Wheale, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Marketing Communications Specialist at MarketSource until 2003. Bambi then moved on to Veyance Technologies, Inc. where they served as a Regional Administrator for the Southeast Region from 2004 to 2008.

In 2008, Bambi joined Holston United Methodist Home for Children as an Administrative Assistant and Intake Specialist, working in Clinical, Family, and Residential Services until 2013. Following that, they transitioned to Austin Powder Company as a Process Safety Management and Training Coordinator from 2013 to 2016, and then as a Human Resources and Training Coordinator from 2016 to 2019.

Currently, Bambi is employed at TEVET as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, a position they have held since September 2019. Bambi also serves as a People and Culture Generalist at TEVET, starting in July 2021.

Bambi's extensive experience in various roles and industries has equipped their with a diverse skill set and expertise in areas such as human resources, training coordination, administration, and marketing communications.

Bambi Wheale, SHRM-CP, holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from Tusculum University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Bambi has also completed the Essentials of Human Resources program offered by the Society of Human Resource Management.

In addition to their formal education, Bambi has obtained certifications to enhance their expertise. Bambi received the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2018. Bambi also holds an Engagement and Productivity Certificate from The Predictive Index, which they obtained in July 2022.
