Alberta Cuoghi

Alberta Cuoghi is an experienced educator and trainer currently serving as a lecturer in the faculties of Communication Sciences and Sociology at Università popolare degli studi di Milano since May 2022. Alberta has been a Training Facilitator and Talent Coach at Texageres since January 2021 and has been involved with Enjoy Formazione as a Trainer and Talent Coach since March 2007, offering personal growth courses for individuals and businesses. Additionally, Alberta has been a Talent Coach and Trainer with Gallup since October 2013. Alberta co-founded High Consulting, where services were provided from January 2001 to July 2006, and previously held the role of Training Manager and Trainer at HRD Training Group from November 1993 to January 2001. Alberta's educational background includes a PhD in Sociology and Human Resource Development from the University of Milan, with extensive training in coaching and facilitation from various institutions.
