Jeff Whitten

Jeff Whitten has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Jeff began their career as a Sr. Project Manager at Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers in 1995 and held this position until 2000. In 2000, they founded their own firm called Whitten Civil Engineering, Inc. where they served as the Owner. Since 2018, Jeff has been working at TexAmericas Center as the Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer.

Jeff Whitten completed their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Texas A&M University from 1988 to 1993. Currently, they are pursuing a Masters of Land & Property Development at the same university, with a start year of 2021.
