Richard Pena

Richard Pena has over three decades of experience in information technology and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology -- Operations and Engineering at Texans Can Academies since May 2005, Richard oversees IT for a network of 14 charter high schools across Texas. Prior roles include Branch Service Manager at Allstar Systems and Valerent, Inc. from 1999 to 2004, and Branch Services Manager at MicroAge Corporation from 1994 to 1999. Richard began their career as a Systems Engineer at Sears Business Centers from 1987 to 1992 and served as a Sales Account Manager at Compushop from 1983 to 1986, focusing on personal computer sales.
