Kimberly Merrell

Kimberly Merrell, MSEd, LPCA, currently serves as a School Counselor at Texarkana Independent School District since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked as a Program Manager for Children's Mental Health Services and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate at Community Healthcore from June 2021 to June 2024. Kimberly has extensive experience in education, having been a Professional Educator at Texarkana Independent School District from August 2017 to May 2021, and teaching various subjects including mathematics and technology at Fouke Middle School from June 2009 to July 2017, Ashdown Public Schools from August 2007 to July 2009, and Texarkana Arkansas School District from August 2005 to July 2007. Kimberly obtained a Master of Education in School Counseling from Southern Arkansas University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from Texarkana College.
