Rito Silva

Rito Silva is the current Vice President of Enrollment Services & Student Affairs at Texas A & M University-Kingsville. Rito has held this position since September 2015. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Student Affairs at Del Mar College from April 2010 to August 2015.

Rito Silva has a Masters in Guidance and Counseling from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and a PhD in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University.
