Shelby Hearn

Shelby Hearn, M.S. serves as the Assistant Director of Community Standards at Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, where responsibilities include conducting investigations and overseeing student conduct processes. In addition to facilitating initiatives for student well-being and success, Shelby administers the Office of Community Standards, manages a budget, and advises on complex legal issues. Shelby also holds the position of NASPA Texas Assistant State Director for Policy, Partnerships, and Associations and has served as President Elect and Vice President of Membership & Marketing for TACUSPA. Currently a doctoral student in Educational Administration at Texas A&M University, Shelby brings extensive experience in leadership development, program administration, and student organization support.
