Katy Page Bourgeois serves as the Vice President of Systems Advancement at the Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services since April 2021. Prior to this role, Katy held the position of Director of Aligned Impact at Mission Capital from June 2011 to December 2020 and served as a Senior Strategist at Foundation Assistant from May 1999 to June 2011. Katy's early career included significant positions such as Director of Governmental Services - Budget Division in the Office of Governor George W. Bush and Assistant Director of Budget and Analysis at the Department of Protective and Regulatory Services. Additionally, Katy worked as a Program Analyst for the Legislative Budget Board. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College and an MSSW in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin. Katy specializes in consulting related to grant writing, fund and program development, and fostering government/nonprofit collaborations to enhance service capacity and impact.
