BJ Hightower, D.Min. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience as a Chaplain, Coach, Consultant, Interim Minister, and Spiritual Director. BJ has held various leadership roles in different organizations, including serving as a Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Staff Chaplain. BJ holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Wesley Theological Seminary and a Master of Divinity degree from Southern Methodist University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston).
