The Ministry and Pastoral Team at the Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church is dedicated to supporting and guiding congregations in their mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ. This team, consisting of roles such as Bishop, Director of New Ministry Strategies, Elders, Intentional Interim Ministers, Ministers, and Pastors, focuses on developing new ministry approaches, providing pastoral care, and ensuring the spiritual and operational health of churches across East Texas. Through their leadership and vision, they aim to cultivate growing congregations, invest in young members, and transform church leaders for effective ministry.
