Amy Ruedas serves as the Legislative Services Operations Manager at the Texas Association of Counties since March 2016, providing executive-level administrative assistance and overseeing the legislative department's daily operations. Additionally, since January 2018, Amy has managed site operations at a Community Tax Center for Foundation Communities, supporting clients and volunteers. Amy holds a BA in Human Services and a Master of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Organization Development and Training from St. Edward's University.
