Julie Rogers has extensive work experience in various roles. Julie started their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte in 1998 and worked there until 2002. Julie then joined LCRA as a Financial Controller in October 2002 and remained in that role until November 2021. Currently, Julie is working as the Director of Operations at the Texas Association of Counties since May 2021.
Julie Rogers completed their education from 1993 to 1998, earning a Master's degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition, they obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in April 2000.
