Michael Pichinson is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel for the Texas Association of Counties since January 2011, where responsibilities include providing legal counsel to the TAC Executive Director, TAC Board, and associated entities on various legal matters. Earlier in Michael's career, from 1996 to 2004, the role of First Assistant County Attorney for Liberty County involved representing the county in criminal and civil matters while focusing on laws related to county governance. Michael holds a law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, earned between 1991 and 1994.
