Rachel Kucera is an experienced professional currently serving as the TAC Programs & Education Manager at the Texas Association of Counties since January 2018, after previously holding the position of Education Project Coordinator. Prior to this role, Rachel Kucera gained experience as a secretary for Lambda Pi Eta at Texas State University from August 2017 to January 2018, where responsibilities included maintaining academic achievements and fostering relationships between faculty and peers. Additionally, from August to December 2016, Rachel Kucera worked as a teaching assistant, aiding a professor by delivering lectures and organizing classroom activities. Rachel Kucera earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Business Administration from Texas State University, completing the program in 2017.
