Scarlett Tucker

Scarlett Tucker has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Scarlett started their career as a Sales Associate at Bloomingdale's in 2004 and later worked as an Executive Assistant at Pabian and Russell in 2009. In 2013, they served as an Executive Assistant at IPVALUE and then joined Vigil Law Firm, P.A. as an Associate, where they played a key role in civil litigation trials. Scarlett joined Summit Hotel Properties, Inc. in 2014 as a Corporate Counsel, handling asset purchases and sales and drafting commercial contracts. Scarlett worked at Integreon as an Associate Attorney in Litigation Support from 2019 to 2020. Subsequently, Scarlett took on roles at Pope Audit Group, LLC and Epiq, where they reviewed, advised, and negotiated contracts. Currently, they hold the positions of Assistant Attorney General and Team Lead Legal Services Contracts at the Texas Attorney General.

Scarlett Tucker graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2009. Scarlett initially started their collegiate education by earning an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Massachusetts Bay Community College in 2008.
