Melinda Beatty, CCBCO has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Melinda began their career at City National Bank in 1994 as a Cashier and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined Texas Bank and Trust where they held various roles including Vice President & Operations Manager, Vice President & Branch Manager, Vice President & Retail Operations Manager, Vice President and Regional Retail Manager, and Vice President, Compliance Officer and CRA Officer. Melinda then progressed to the position of Vice President, Assistant Compliance Officer before finally becoming the Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and CRA Officer at Texas Bank and Trust.
Melinda Beatty, CCBCO, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from the University of Texas at Tyler between 1993 and 1995. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Kilgore College between 1991 and 1993. In addition to their formal education, Melinda Beatty obtained the Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer (CCBCO) certification from the ICBA in October 2022.
