Rich has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rich is currently serving as the VP of Innovation at the Texas Bankers Association from May 2022 onwards. Prior to that, he held multiple roles at Vericast, including VP of User Experience & Digital Delivery, VP of Experience Design, Executive Director of E-commerce & UX, and Director of Ecommerce. During his time at Vericast, he demonstrated a strong track record of increasing revenue, customer satisfaction, and user engagement through enhancements to digital products and services. Before Vericast, he worked as a Sr. Manager of User Experience at 8x8, where he designed the user interface for a new front-end portal and improved the information architecture and user flow for unified communication software. Earlier in his career, he held positions as a Director of Ecommerce and Sr. Manager of Ecommerce at Harland Clarke.
Rich holds a degree in Interactive Media from Sanford-Brown College-Tampa. Additionally, Rich also pursued studies in Computer Science at Texas State University.
