Wajdi Mattar

Wajdi Mattar is an experienced executive currently serving as the VP of Business Transformation and Head of ESG & Innovation at Rossignol Group, where responsibilities include driving business transformation and integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. Previously, Wajdi held various leadership roles at Amer Sports Corporation, including Senior Director of the IT Transformation Office and Senior Director of the Group PMO & Business Transformation Office, where significant contributions were made to digital transformation and strategic program management. Additional experience includes leadership positions at ictQATAR, the United Nations, and co-founding Astrolabe IT, complemented by a Master's degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
