Judy Airheart

Judy Airheart has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Their most recent position was as the VP - Director of Human Resources at Harmony Bank, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at United Texas Bank Dallas, where they held the roles of AVP/HR Manager from November 2021 to January 2023, and HR Generalist/Recruiter from September 2021 to November 2021. From March 2015 to December 2020, Judy worked as the Assistant Director/Human Resources at Weekday Kids at First. Before that, they served as an Early Childhood Educator at the same organization from September 2006 to March 2015. Additionally, they gained experience as an Assistant Troop Leader at Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas from August 2007 to June 2014. Judy also has experience as a Stay-at-home Mom from February 2004 to September 2006. Early in their career, they held various roles at First American Excelis, including Senior QA Analyst from February 2000 to February 2004, Senior Business Analyst from July 1997 to February 2000, and Business Analyst from July 1996 to July 1997.

Judy Airheart holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington. In March 2021, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
