Douglas Pim

Douglas Pim is an experienced IT and sales enablement leader with a strong background in CRM technologies, particularly Salesforce and Marketo. From April 2024, Douglas has been the Lead Product Owner for CRM at Texas Capital Bank, overseeing the transformation and adoption of sales processes and CRM systems. Prior to this role, Douglas served as VP of Development at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where leadership included Salesforce and integration technologies for Merchant Services. Douglas also held senior IT positions at MoneyGram International, Sizmek, and Capital One, focusing on application development and management for sales and operations teams. Douglas began a career as a Senior Oracle Implementation Consultant at Accenture and has contributed to various projects across diverse industries. Education includes a BBA in Management and Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
