Sara Culbreth

Sara Culbreth has a diverse work experience in the healthcare IT industry. Sara is currently working as a Team Lead - IS Epic Revenue Cycle at Texas Children's Hospital, where they have been since 2015. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior System Analyst - HIM at the same hospital.

Before joining Texas Children's Hospital, Sara worked as an Epic HIM Consultant at Odyssey Information Services from 2014 to 2015. Sara also served as an HIM Consultant at Oxford Global Resources from 2013 to 2014, where they worked on the implementation of various healthcare IT applications and provided troubleshooting support.

Sara also held a Senior Epic HIM Consultant role at Healthcare IT Leaders from 2011 to 2013, where they led the implementation of Epic HIM modules at Sparrow Hospital and managed integrations with document imaging and transcription systems.

Earlier in their career, Sara worked as an EMR HIM Team Lead at H&A Consulting in 2011 and as an IT HIM Applications Support - Team Lead at Parkland Hospital from 2009 to 2011. Sara also worked as a Client Support Manager at CTG Healthcare Solutions from 2008 to 2009 and as a Support Analyst at CTGHS from 2006 to 2007.

Sara Culbreth obtained their Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of North Florida, where they studied from 1995 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix, completing the program between 2003 and 2005.
