Mariam MacGregor

Mariam MacGregor serves as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Employee Engagement & Success at Texas Christian University since July 2015, where responsibilities include enhancing employee experience, professional development, and organizational health for over 2600 employees. Previously, Mariam held various leadership positions in higher education, including Director of Employee Engagement & Organizational Strategy, and Associate Director of the Neeley School of Business Professional Development Center. Additionally, Mariam is a seasoned Leadership Development Consultant and has contributed to talent management and organizational change across multiple organizations. Educational credentials include a Counseling License from the University of Colorado Denver, a Master's in Student Affairs from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor's in Management from Gettysburg College.
