Anil Sekhri serves as the Director of Operations for Texas de Brazil since June 2004, where significant achievements include expanding a fine-dining, Brazilian-steakhouse concept from five stores generating $18 million annually to 21 stores across the U.S., Aruba, Puerto Rico, and Trinidad. Prior experience includes roles as Sous Chef at Wish, working under acclaimed Executive Chef E. Michael Reidt, and General Manager at News Cafe, overseeing operations that averaged over $5 million in annual sales. Anil also held the position of Fabrication Flight Chief in the USAF, managing extensive aircraft maintenance operations and receiving multiple accolades for leadership and innovation, including the USAF’s Meritorious Service Medal. Anil's education includes studies at the College of the United States Air Force.
