Kelley Bess has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Group Director at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services since August 2005. Kelley is responsible for managing daily operations, developing training programs, improving processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and acting as a liaison with NorthgateArinso.
