Angel Flores

Angel Flores, MBA, CGAP, currently serves as a Senior Internal Auditor at the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and as a Principal Internal Auditor at the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. With a robust background in auditing, Angel previously held the role of Senior Managing Audit Coordinator at the Health and Human Services Commission and Internal Audit Manager at Texas Health and Human Services. Earlier experience includes positions as an Internal/External Auditor at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and an External Auditor at the Texas General Land Office. Angel holds a Master of Science in Project Management and a BBA in Accounting from St. Edward's University, along with participation in the HHS Executive Leadership Academy.
