Ashley Healy

Ashley Healy currently serves as the Deputy General Counsel for the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles since June 2023. Previously, Ashley held the position of Chief Deputy General Counsel at the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission from March 2018 to July 2023, and served as Senior Counsel at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission from February 2016 to February 2018. Earlier in career, Ashley worked at the Texas General Land Office as Director of General Law and Staff Attorney from 2008 to February 2016. Ashley earned a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law between 2005 and 2008 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University from 2002 to 2005.
