Erik Berglund

Erik Berglund is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, data entry, videography, and customer service. Currently serving as a VTR Operations Specialist at the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles since June 2018, Erik manages data entry for salvage applications, customer inquiries, and the processing of titles. Erik also has a web presence as a videographer and video editor through Erik Berglund Photography. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant at Peak Performers, where vehicle titles were processed; Contract Specialist III at the Texas Department of Public Safety; Claims Examiner II at the Social Security Administration; and various positions in customer service and logistics. Erik holds a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts from The University of New Mexico, complementing a strong foundation in effective communication and organization.
