Monica Jackson

Monica Jackson has extensive experience in emergency management and information security, currently serving in the role of Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery within the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles since March 2023. Prior to this position, Monica held multiple titles at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice over a span of nearly 15 years, including Assistant Director of the Office of Emergency Management and various program supervisor roles. Monica's responsibilities involved providing complex professional assistance to upper executive leadership and coordinating high-level administrative operations. Educational qualifications include a degree in Criminal Justice and studies in Legal Studies from Sam Houston State University, complemented by earlier education at Angelina College and Lovelady High School.
