Amanda Landry

Amanda Landry, CPA, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in public sector financial management. Currently serving as the Financial Management Division Director at the Texas Department of Transportation since November 2016, Amanda oversees a budget exceeding $15 billion, manages payroll for over 13,000 employees, and supports 25 districts with a division of 232 staff. Previously, Amanda has held significant roles such as Chief Financial Officer at the Texas Water Development Board and Assistant Director of Financial Reporting at the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, along with various positions at the Texas Department of Transportation and the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Amanda holds an MPA and a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
