Angela Kissel

Angela Kissel possesses extensive experience in instructional design, project management, and adult education within various Texas state agencies. Currently, as an Instructor, Instructional Designer, and Project Manager at the Texas Department of Transportation, Angela manages the Leadership Enrichment and Development (LEAD) program while applying adult education principles. Prior to this role, Angela served as an IT Project Manager and Business Analyst at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, leading diverse teams and ensuring successful project delivery. Previous positions included project management and instructional design roles at the Railroad Commission of Texas and further experience in environmental quality initiatives. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Applied Geography, and is pursuing a PhD in Adult, Professional, and Community Education at Texas State University.
