Belinda Rocha

Belinda Rocha is an experienced Executive Assistant currently serving at the Texas Department of Transportation since August 2019, where responsibilities include managing the District Engineer's appointment calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Assistant at Christus Spohn Health System and as a Resource Development Director at United Way of the Coastal Bend, showcasing expertise in administrative support, donor relations, event coordination, and fundraising.
