Dale Picha

Dale Picha, P.E., PTOE has extensive experience in transportation operations, having served as the Director of Transportation Operations at the Texas Department of Transportation since 2014. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Traffic and Transportation at the City of Bryan from 2008 to 2014.

Dale Picha, P.E., PTOE earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University from 1989 to 1994.
