Lisa Llamas has over 17 years of experience in contract management and procurement within various Texas state agencies. Currently serving as SSD Contract Manager and IT Category Manager at the Texas Department of Transportation since June 2022, Lisa's previous roles include Internal Contracts Manager at the Texas Department of Information Resources and Senior Purchaser/HUB Coordinator at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. With a diverse background that also includes significant tenure at the Texas Department of Transportation in multiple contract-related positions, Lisa founded and led Make Your Point as Owner/Brand Strategist and Creative Director from 2003 to 2013. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
