Miranda Garrison

Miranda Garrison is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental project planning and historical studies. Currently serving as an Environmental Project Planner at the Texas Department of Transportation since April 2023, Garrison previously worked as an Architectural Historian and Environmental Project Manager with the City of San Antonio's PWD Environmental Management Division from September 2018 to April 2023. Garrison's career also includes roles such as Business Development and Marketing Manager at Rock Engineering & Testing Laboratory, and various marketing positions at Lake|Flato, Arias & Associates, Marmon Mok, Haugaard Creative, and Ralston Purina. Garrison holds a Master of Science in Architecture with a focus on Historic Preservation and Conservation from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from The University of Texas at Austin.
