Clint Harp

Clint Harp currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Texas Disposal Systems since July 2023. Prior to this role, Clint was Chief of Staff for Global Operations at Dell Technologies from January 2022 to June 2023, focusing on the execution of supply chain strategies. Clint held multiple leadership positions at LCRA between February 2014 and December 2021, including SVP of Telecom Business Development and Vice President of Transmission Strategic Services, directly collaborating with the CEO on strategic initiatives and daily operations. Clint was also a McBee Fellow at the Austin Area Research Organization from November 2016 to November 2017, and previously worked in various capacities within the Office of Governor Rick Perry, including Director of Business Development and Special Advisor. Clint completed education at Pepperdine University, earning a degree from 2004 to 2008.
