Jonathan Lewis is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital experience management and business analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Digital Experience at TDECU since April 2021, Jonathan leads the enhancement of online account opening platforms and mobile banking, along with preparing presentations for senior leadership. Prior roles include Senior Business Analyst and Digital Business Analyst at Waste Management, where responsibilities included facilitating requirement gathering and developing decision support tools.
