With extensive experience in coaching and organizational development, Linda has held key positions including Executive Coach and Consultant at Koach Konsulting, System Director Talent and Engagement at Memorial Hermann Health System, Senior Director of Leadership and Coaching Practice at BTS, and Manager of Workforce Transformation/Executive Coach at Deloitte Consulting. Currently pursuing a Master's in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Capella University, Linda brings a strong background in enhancing workforce performance and leadership development.
